What's a Networked Improvement Community

Exploring Doug Engelbart's notions of Networked Improvement Community and Dynamic Knowledge Repository

We are trying to create the seed of what Doug Engelbart calls a Networked Improvement Community (NIC). This is, if you will, a NIC focused on the goal of creating a networked improvement community.

This collaboratory is a follow-on to Doug Engelbart's Birds of a Feather (BOF) Session entitled Networked Improvement Communities and Augmenting Collective IQ at the Hypertext 2004 Conference on Saturday, August 14, 2004.

If you got this far and are still interested, click on the Join This Collab button below.

All the action takes place in the Wiki and the Discussion Board, which you can also reach through the links in the box on the right labeled Facilities.
